New Orleans (NOLA) is an exciting and vibrant experience filled with a mix of culture, cuisine, and lively entertainment.  Exploring the historic French Quarter, strolling down colorful streets, and immersing yourselves in the lively atmosphere of Bourbon Street. Indulging in the renowned Creole and Cajun cuisine at local eateries is a must, with options ranging from gumbo to beignets.

Visiting iconic landmarks such as Jackson Square or take a leisurely walk along the Mississippi River. Shopping in eclectic boutiques and enjoying street performances adds to the charm. In the evening, the vibrant nightlife of NOLA comes to life, offering live jazz music, dancing, and a lively atmosphere in the city’s famous music venues.

WELCOME TO NOLA!

  • Plan to arrive by 3:00 PM – the hosts will meet you at the airport to shuttle you to the W Hotel NOLA
  • Meet and greet your new besties happy hour will be at the W-Hotel Poolside
  • Dinner will be at a fabulous NOLA Restaurant
  • Spend the night exploring Bourbon Street.  A visual feast, featuring eclectic storefronts, historic architecture, and a constant stream of people showcasing a diverse array of outfits, adding to the street’s dynamic and eclectic charm. It’s an unforgettable walk that encapsulates the lively spirit and cultural richness of New Orleans

NOLA History & Jazz Day

  • Early AM Coffee Walk – for those not sleeping in
  • Breakfast at the W – Hotel’s 3rd Block Depot Kitchen

  • Goodbye walk down Bourbon Street until we meet again
  • Nightcaps at the W Hotel

Departure Day – Good Bye NOLA until we meet again

Airport Pick Up is included when arriving at the designated airport within the specified pick up window. If driving we will let you know the meeting point upon booking.

Drop-off Times: Drop-off time will be after 10AM

How it Works:

Step 1 Choose Payment Plan (available with credit card and ACH payment options)
Step 2 Your $250 Deposit will be processed within 2 business days
Step 3 When you are ready to make a payment, click the “Review and Pay” button on your invoice
Step 4 Once clicked, in the top left of the invoice, next to the amount, you will see “Edit Amount.” Here you will be able to enter the amount you would like to pay
Step 5 Full amount needs to be paid by 60 days prior to the trip. *If there is a remaining balance at 60 days prior to the trip then an automatic payment for the remaining amount will be charged.
