Day 01
AIRPORT PICKUP IN SAN ANGELO OR DALLAS
Check into the Ranch and MEET YOUR GUIDES
MIDDAY – Arrival and Welcome
- Personalized Airport Pickup: Your Orange Bear Host will be at the airport to greet you! The fun is about to start!
Afternoon – LODGE Check-in and Exploration
- Grand Welcome at the Ranch: Check in and familiarize yourself with the Ranch facilities. shoot some clays, and check out the long-distance rifle range, take an ATV Exotics Ranch Tour (Zebra Herd).
Evening – Social Happy Hour and Dinner
- Social Happy Hour and Dinner: Join us for Happy Hour in the Helicopter Hangar for our Opening Night Meet and Greet with your entire group.
- Chef Jerry serves dinner in the Pavilion.
- After dinner, socialize and relax, sit by the fire pit, and play games and cards while getting excited for the next day.

ADVENTURE AMPLIFIED – LET’S hit the ranges
MORNING
- Breakfast in the pavilion.
MIDDAY
- Ranch Tour & Exotics Scavenger Hunt: Tour the ranch in a competitive scavenger hunt. Work with your guide to beat the other teams.
- Gun Safety Brief: The Ranch Armorers and Guides will take you through a gun safety briefing and teach you have to safely operate a rifle in flight.
- Shooting Ranges: Hit the Short and Long Ranges and test your mettle with the .50 cal BMG
LUNCH
- Enjoy lunch in the pavillion. Get ready to compete for bragging rights.
Afternoon
- Coyote Gun Runs: Get familiar with the helicopter on two coyote gun runs. Engage predatory targets from the air!
- Clays Competition: The afternoon brings a clay shooting competition. It’s a friendly yet competitive event that sharpens your skills and stokes the spirit of camaraderie.
Evening
- Enjoy dinner in the Pavillion with Chef Jerry.
- Get to know your fellow travelers with games in the Hangar or site around the fire and swap stories.

Day 03
HELICOPTER PIG HUNTING
EARLY MORNING
- Coffee, Pastries, and Fruit in the pavilion. Fuel up for the hunt!
- Departure to hunting site (changes daily to find the pigs)
LIFT OFF
- Helicopter Pig Hunting: Take flight over Texas and eliminate feral hogs. UNLIMITED AMMO included.
- One hour of flight time is included for each guest (double occupancy). Additional flight time upgrades are available.
- *Must weigh under 300 lbs to fly*
AFTERNOON
- Return to the ranch after a day of hunting. Get a group photo in the hanger upon return.
EVENING
- Dinner in the Pavillion by Chef Jerry.

Get western at the San Angelo Rodeo
Morning
- Enjoy breakfast in the pavilion and relax on the ranch.
Farewell Evening at one of the biggest Rodeos in the country
